Refund policy

All boomboxes are made with high quality parts and are quality control tested prior to shipping. There is a 15 day -item replacement of any boombox that is found to have any error on side of manufacturing. You must contact via email abeatzaudio@gmail.com with subject line Purchase Help to initiate the return process.  However, we are confident your boombox will be in perfect working condition for years to come and offer a lifetime customer tech support on your purchase.
